"Unconsciously, my pace slows. People of all ages and walks of life are staring at and pointing to something in the sky. The looks on their faces aren’t of terror but of bewilderment. Removing my ear buds, I hear excited murmurs and I lengthen my stride again. I am intrigued to discover what has a crowd that size so utterly perplexed."  (Read more)


"The room was filled with silent chaos. For thoughts filled with murderous intentions, however quietly had, resonate on a distinct frequency. Yet, Tatiana was oblivious to the ill will pulsing in her direction. It had always been this way. Whenever she danced, she was lost in the motions: pliƩ, degage, jete, sontenu. Tatiana was elevated beyond mere thought to a realm of pure fluid energy." (Read more)


"...In he steps, charcoal gray suit coat hooked on his thumb draping over his left shoulder; the powder blue oxford shift opened to reveal a deep V of chiseled chest underneath; the sleeves rolled up to showcase his sinewy arms; his patterned tie removed and haphazardly shoved into the right hand pocket of his suit trousers. Trousers that fail to hide a pair of long muscular legs that accentuate a toned, firm behind.


The half-cocked grin accompanied by his deliberate appreciative appraisal of her body whets her mouth and quickens her pulse, turning her own look sensual. The fact that he merely tosses his expensive jacket towards the coat rack belies the short, patient steps that he took towards her..." (Read more)
